The Queens Head in Orpington is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a talented team and deliver consistently excellent dishes. You will work on a branded menu, manage food preparation and stock alongside the Head Chef when required.

Competenze

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure team collaboration.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Oversee branded menu execution and portion control.
• Supervise health and hygiene compliance.
• Mentor and motivate chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.
