Mitchells & Butler's Deer Park is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and inspire a cohesive team. You’ll support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, ensuring delivery of branded menu dishes with pride and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef experience in a branded kitchen environment.
• Ability to train and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistent quality.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure the team works cohesively.
• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Maintain brand standards and execute from a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and wider kitchen team during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
