Premium Country Pubs at the Merlin is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training great people and ensuring guests leave with a smile. You will run a section, lead the team, and step in for the Head Chef in their absence, driving targets and ensuring consistency across branded menus.

You will train and inspire your team to deliver dishes you can be proud of, manage food ordering and stock, and uphold health and hygiene standards while enjoying progression opportunities and

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
