Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the kitchen. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering shifts when they’re not on duty. You’ll bring branded experience or look to advance as a Commis Chef while helping to run a busy service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team and their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Be in the action in the kitchen as second in command and cover shifts when needed.
• Help manage all kitchen operations under the Head Chef.
• Run the line during service and ensure timely dish presentation.
• Support skill development and teamwork across the kitchen.
