Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen and lead the team when the Head Chef is away. You’ll be right in the action, ensuring hot, high‑quality dishes reach the pass consistently and that service runs smoothly.

As Sous Chef you’ll:

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
