Job summary

Marston’s PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be in the thick of it in the kitchen, leading by example and ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass each time.

As second in command to the Head Chef, you’ll cover shifts, run the line during service, supervise and develop the kitchen team, and bring passion for high standards of food and service. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Strong line running during service.
