We’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join our growing team, someone passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, hungry to learn, and eager to help shape the journey of a young, dynamic kitchen.

What You'll Do:

Sous Chef

Ancoats, Manchester | Full-time | Min. 1 year kitchen experience

What You'll Do:

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Ensure high standards in food prep, presentation, and consistency
• Lead and inspire a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Help develop seasonal menus and creative tapas dishes
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and organisation at all times

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Level 2 Food Hygiene (Catering) certification required
• A real passion for Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine
• A genuine interest in Spanish culture, with an open mind and willingness to get involved
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and joyful environment
• Willingness to grow, learn, and contribute to our evolving story
