The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Will Do:

• Foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, supporting recruitment and ongoing development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

What We Look For:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with your team with consideration and care.
• Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
