Job summary

Old Moat House in Luton is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team leadership. You will run a section, train your team, and support the Head Chef with stock control and food prep, while ensuring brand standards.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
