Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen within the Crown/Vintage Inns estate. You will oversee a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence while ensuring exceptional food is delivered with pride and consistency.

You will work within a branded menu framework, manage ordering and stock, and drive team targets in a supportive, guest-focused environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
