Rose & Crown is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for our Vintage Inns location. You will run a section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring guests receive great food and a warm welcome.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef with responsibility for a kitchen section.
• Experience leading a team in a busy kitchen.
• Comfort with branded menus and standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
