Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at the Springfield Inn (Vintage Inns), is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You will lead a section, step up in the absence of the Head Chef, and inspire your team to deliver meals that guests remember.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering consistent dishes.
• Ability to train and inspire team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Experience in food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Comfort working with a branded menu and managing Chefs.

As a Sous Chef at the Springfield Inn , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
