Job summary

The Links Tavern in Liphook (GU30 7EF) is seeking a Sous Chef to deputise for the Head Chef, delivering fresh dishes sourced from seasonal, local ingredients. You will take pride in every service and lead the kitchen team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or deputy to the Head Chef.
• Ability to lead kitchen during absence.
• Strong knowledge of seasonal/local ingredients and food safety.

• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
