Job summary

Fuller’s, operating The White Swan in Stratford-upon-Avon, invites a skilled Sous Chef to join a historic, recently renovated pub/hotel kitchen. You will lead in the Head Chef’s absence, crafting fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients while inspiring the team to excel in every service.
