Job summary

The Boot Inn in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Sous Chef to deputise for the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team. You’ll oversee the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients, while bringing new ideas to the menu.

We value creativity, high standards, and teamwork, with ongoing training and career progression in a busy pub and restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Deputy to the Head Chef, taking control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Fresh food prepared from seasonal, local ingredients.

• Hygiene qualification and strong food knowledge are essential.
