Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Deer Park is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You will run a section, support the Head Chef in their absence, and lead a brigade to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous sous chef experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a branded menu and high-volume service.
• Committed to high standards of health and hygiene compliance.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Deer Park, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
