Job summary

Rams Head in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will drive a cohesive team, ensure high standards, and contribute to great guest experiences.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef atthe Rams Head, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
