EGO - Blackburn is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and support the Head Chef in delivering great food. You will train your team and ensure strong collaboration, stepping up in the absence of the Head Chef.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef de partie.
• Proven ability to train and lead a kitchen team.
• Experience in managing food orders and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and quality standards.
