Job summary

EGO - Stockton Heath is seeking a Sous Chef passionate about great food and leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train colleagues, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring consistency across branded menus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing a branded menu.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
