Ego - Chelmsford is hiring a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams, and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, and work with a brand with character from Mediterranean-inspired menus.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
