Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Eastbourne is hiring a Sous Chef at the Beachy Head Hotel to lead a section and train a great team, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence. You will drive targets with your team, inspire food quality and ensure stock control while working with a branded menu.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at the Beachy Head Hotel, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
