Job summary

All Bar One Harrogate is seeking a driven Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and oversee a cohesive team. You will drive performance, train colleagues, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control within a branded menu environment.

Be prepared to uphold health and hygiene standards and guide your team to deliver consistently excellent food and guest experiences. This is a full-time role based in Harrogate with opportunities for progression.

• Experience in leading a kitchen team
• Strong stock management and ordering skills
• Knowledge of health and food safety standards
