All Bar One Bath is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training great people. You will run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, and help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in our stylish city centre bar.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
