ULG is a collective of 9 venues across London, with venue number 10 due to open soon. We are expanding and seek an ambitious, experienced sous chef to join our team, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain high quality and consistency across menus and services.

You will help lead the kitchen, support day-to-day operations, and develop the team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services while upholding our standards.

We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced sous chef to join our team and to help delight our local community with honest, tasty food. You will work closely with your Head Chef to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop the kitchen team. You will support in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen and work with your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
