Job summary

Urban Leisure Group (ULG) is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to join our London venues. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards, lead the kitchen team, and deliver delicious, honest food to our local community.

You will collaborate with the Group Development Chef on innovative menus, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and ensure smooth services during day and lunch trade, with private events possible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a busy hospitality setting.
• Ability to develop innovative menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a kitchen team.

You will work closely with your General Manager to deliver a healthy business, with the Group Development Chef to create innovative menus, and lead your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
Ask for Janice is open to the public Monday - Friday, with a focus on day time & lunch trade - this means you can expect the bulk of your week to follow standard 'office hours' here - however we are open to private hires on evenings & weekends which can be anything from corporate hires with finger food to a full seated wedding meal!
