Ask for Janice, part of ULG's London venues, seeks an ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver honest, tasty food to the local community. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a healthy, profitable service, guided by the Group Development Chef to create innovative menus.
The role focuses on day-time and lunch trade, with private hires possible in evenings and weekends, including corporate events and weddings.

Ask for Janice is open to the public Monday - Friday, with a focus on day time & lunch trade - this means you can expect the bulk of your week to follow standard 'office hours' here - however we are open to private hires on evenings & weekends which can be anything from corporate hires with finger food to a full seated wedding meal!
