Urban Leisure Group in London is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes across venues. You will work closely with the General Manager and the Group Development Chef to design menus, manage daily service, and mentor your team to excellence.

We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef to join our team and to help delight our local community with honest, tasty food. You will work closely with your General Manager to deliver a healthy business, with the Group Development Chef to create innovative menus, and lead your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
Ask for Janice is open to the public Monday - Friday, with a focus on day time & lunch trade - this means you can expect the bulk of your week to follow standard 'office hours' here - however we are open to private hires on evenings & weekends which can be anything from corporate hires with finger food to a full seated wedding meal!
