Job summary

Urban Leisure Group is seeking an ambitious General Manager to join our London venues. You will work closely with your Head Chef and AGM to deliver a healthy business and nurture the venue team, taking ownership of the role and business while collaborating to deliver the best guest experience.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, recruitment and training, and partner with suppliers to deliver great food and service across the venue.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality management.
• Strong guest-centric service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and mentoring venue teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations with Head Chef and AGM.
• Drive guest experience and service standards across the venue.
• Manage financial performance including budgets and P&L oversight.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development for the venue team.
