Job summary

ULG is a collective of 9 venues across London, each with its own personality. We are expanding, with venue number 10 due to open soon, and we’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team to help delight our local community with honest, tasty food.

You will work closely with your Head Chef to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop the kitchen team, supporting in all aspects of the day to day running and ensuring smooth services while
