Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a premier hotel and golf resort in Warwickshire to recruit a Sous Chef for the new banqueting suite. You will lead a brigade of over 50 chefs and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for large events.

Reporting to the Head Banqueting Chef, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in a busy, high-profile venue with a focus on quality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar 4- or 5-star establishments
• Proven ability to manage a large brigade and fast-paced service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of England’s & Europe’s premier hotel golf resorts in Warwickshire which is home to a legendary Ryder Cup coarse, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team in their new state of the art banqueting suite. Working with the Executive Head Chef and Senior Head Chef you will help run the very busy new banqueting suite which has a combined capacity of nearly 1500 guests. Needless to say, you will need to have worked at a large banqueting experience in your background.
