Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a deluxe boutique hotel in Inverurie to recruit a Senior Sous Chef. The role is integral to the running of the kitchen, supporting the Executive Head Chef with menu planning, daily production, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will work alongside a small brigade in a renowned hotel setting, with opportunities to influence the relaunch of the restaurant and contribute to ongoing culinary excellence in a prestigious Aberdeen area

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef with proven expertise in high-end hotel dining
• Strong collaboration and leadership in a kitchen brigade
• Ability to assist in menu creation and food delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and assist head chef
• Contribute to menu development and plating execution
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cost control

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP41000 per annum
