Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef in the United Kingdom to lead a busy kitchen, partnering with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep the energy high.

You’ll coach the team, master HACCP paperwork, manage stock control and food safety compliance while delivering dishes with pride.
