Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Harwell is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and inspire a team during peak service. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to set tempo, maintain elite standards, and ensure every plate meets the brand’s Italian excellence.

You’ll drive HACCP paperwork, stock control, and training, bringing high energy, strong leadership, and a passion for great Italian food to a fun, collaborative environment.
