Mitchells & Butlers plc's Greyhound Inn is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train the team, and consistently deliver great food. You will work under the Head Chef in busy service, manage food preparation, stock, and ensure hygiene standards are met.

The role emphasizes progression, mentoring staff, and sharing the passion for guest satisfaction. You'll oversee a branded menu, drive performance, and step in when the Head Chef is absent, ensuring operations run smoothly and the team
