Job summary

Bay Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers, invites applications for a Sous Chef who is passionate about outstanding food and team development. You will lead a section, train staff, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure your team work together as one.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team while upholding health and hygiene regulations.
