Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team in our busy site in the UK. You will drive delivery of food to a high standard while upholding brand standards.

You will manage ordering, stock, and menu adherence, mentor Chefs, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and foster a culture of quality and teamwork. This role offers progression and great staff benefits.
