Job summary

Paramount Personnel in Chichester is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for an award-winning restaurant. You will oversee the kitchen brigade and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes using the very best ingredients.

The ideal candidate has rosette experience, a passion for food, and can thrive in a high-pressure, high-standard kitchen. Driving license is essential due to location; salary is £38k plus service charge with an immediate start.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will need to be focused and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Set in the beautiful area of Chichester, this Hotel is looking for a talented Sous Chef that can create exceptional dishes with the very best ingredients, and oversee the kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef. Using locally sourced produce, the successful sous chef will have a natural passion around farm to fark ethos, ideally from a rosette background.

The successful Sous Chef will ideally have;
