Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a busy pub environment. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, support menu development, stock management and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen, while guiding junior staff to uphold top standards.
