The Botanist Cheltenham, part of The New World Trading Company, is seeking a Chef to join a fast‑paced kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook dishes with pride, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards, while supporting smooth service and strict safety practices.

We value teamwork, attention to detail and a passion for great hospitality. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is desirable, with opportunities to grow within a supportive, people‑focused company.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or within a professional kitchen is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes to company specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company specifications
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about food and hospitality, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or within a professional kitchen is desirable.
