Job summary

The Rickety Press is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. You will stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with the team, and help lead the kitchen to deliver top-quality Neapolitan pizza, burgers, and sides with pride.

From the bar: We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails – all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen: We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.

As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You’ll be calm under pressure, a great communicator, and an inspiring leader who is committed to delivering a high standard in your kitchen.
