Job summary

The Bottle of Sauce, part of Dodo Pub Co., is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations, stay calm under pressure, and lead with clear communication to deliver a high standard.

We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas and burgers in a friendly pub, with a 34k p.a. salary, a 100% service charge allocated to the team, and perks like meals on shift and development opportunities within the group.

From the bar: We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails – all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen: We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.

As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You’ll be calm under pressure, a great communicator, and an inspiring leader who is committed to delivering a high standard in your kitchen.
