Job summary

High Horse is seeking a motivated and passionate Chef to join our crew. We cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas and burgers in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen, with a focus on quality and community.

You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in day-to-day operations, helping us maintain high standards while thriving in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team under pressure.
• Passion for quality food and guest experience.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Chef to join our crew! High Horse is part of the Dodo Pub Co - known for top-notch Neapolitan pizzas, burgers, and unbeatable vibes. From the bar

We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails - all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen

We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch dishes, and sides that hit the spot.

Our chefs support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the successful day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You’ll be a passionate team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
