Job summary

The Rickety Press in Cheltenham is seeking a motivated and passionate Chef to join Bottle of Sauce. You will contribute to a vibrant kitchen that serves authentic Neapolitan pizzas, burgers, and brunch dishes in a lively pub environment.

You’ll support the Head Chef and fellow chefs in daily kitchen operations, staying calm under pressure and upholding high standards. Competitive hourly pay and team-focused rewards offered.

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Chef to join our crew! Bottle of Sauce is part of the Dodo Pub Co - known for top-notch Neapolitan pizzas, burgers, and unbeatable vibes. From the bar

We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails - all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen

We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch dishes, and sides that hit the spot.

Our chefs support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the successful day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You'll be a passionate team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
