Job summary

Fox & Raven, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef who leads a kitchen section, trains staff, and steps up in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll drive performance, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure the team works cohesively under a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and train a Kitchen team to deliver meals to a high standard.
• Ability to smash targets with the team and drive performance.
• Experience in food ordering, food preparation and stock control is advantageous.
• Understand and enforce health and hygiene regulations in a branded menu environment.

As a Sous Chef at the Fox & Raven, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
