Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Castle Pubs group is seeking a Sous Chef for The Cuckfield. You will run a section, lead a kitchen team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence to deliver great food and ensure guests leave smiling.

As a Sous Chef at the Cuckfield, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
