Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers operates Miller & Carter Chelmsford. The Sous Chef will lead a kitchen section, train staff and ensure dishes meet quality standards, while stepping in for Head Chef when needed.

The role involves managing food ordering, stock control and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations; previous experience in branded menus preferred; emphasis on mentoring junior chefs and maintaining guest satisfaction.

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Chelmsford, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
