Job summary

Miller & Carter - Cribbs Causeway is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training great people and ensuring guests leave with a smile. You will run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef's absence and help deliver a branded steak menu to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing a section.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop junior chefs.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Oversee that the team works with the branded menu and maintains standards.
• Lead in Head Chef's absence to keep service running smoothly.

As a Sous Chef at Miller & Carter - Cribbs Causeway , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
