Job summary

Miller & Carter - Chertsey is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, mentor your kitchen team and step up in the absence of the Head Chef. You will drive a high standard of food and service, aligning with brand guidelines.

In this role you will help with ordering, prep and stock control, train staff, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards. We offer flexible shifts and extensive development opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior kitchen role within a branded menu.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to deliver high quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
