Job summary

Miller & Carter – Chertsey is seeking a Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people and leads the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.

You will run a section, coach your team, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure every dish meets our high standards on a branded menu. Joining M&B comes with a pension, 28 days’ holiday and strong progression opportunities.

Job description

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Chertsey, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
