Job summary

Miller & Carter Chelmsford is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training people and delivering smiles to guests. You will run a section, lead the team in absence of Head Chef and ensure smooth service in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef preferred in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen team.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Chelmsford, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
